A stunning, slightly sweet Oolong tea produced in the Gui Fei style. Our tea is crafted from leaves that have been partially bitten by Leafhoppers. In response, the trees release compounds that enhance the flavor profiles of the leaves. Lightly floral with complex flavors that appear over successive infusions.

Notes of honey, grapefruit, and almond.
